GW ITALY SRL is a new company, long dreamed of by its two founding partners – Davide Bellone and Andrea Fantoni.

The two partners have over 20 years’ experience exclusively in the baked goods sector. Fantoni initially worked on the electrical components of the lines, from wiring electrical panels to on-site installation of the equipment, before moving on to the commissioning and product development aspects (forming and baking). Bellone started as a mechanic and fitter right from the outset, supervising the line assembly and construction on-site.

GW ITALY SRL. currently employs thirteen specialised technicians, a mix of mechanical and electrical/test engineers, all with exclusive experience in the food industry. We specialise in the installation at the clients’ premises (in Italy and abroad) of complete lines for forming and baking bakery products (hard biscuits, soft biscuits, bread, cakes, etc.). We install new lines, carry out mechanical, electrical and software modifications, complete installation relocations with guaranteed commissioning and staff training once relocated.

GW ITALY SRL can implement automation systems, starting from the electrical design to the implementation of automation software, together with the most important PLC brands such as Siemens and Rockwell, along with the parameterisation of servo drives and inverters plus their dimensioning and coordination with motors, the implementation of electrical panels (testing, certification and commissioning on-site) and on-board machines, even providing after-sales assistance. We can also completely overhaul machinery and ovens.RL

GW ITALY SRL has all the necessary certifications to be able to carry out burner revamping (Riello, Weishaupt), all electrical modifications to adapt the equipement to new modulation and energy-saving concepts, replacing wire racks in ovens, along with modifications to line management with touch panels and Ethernet communication.
